The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

240A Irish Stallion Farms EBF Nursery H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs out involving Shesthedevil, ridden by J. Kearney, Celestial Crown, ridden by B.M. Coen, and Alrashdeyah, ridden by O. Murphy where it appeared Celestial Crown ran short of room on the rails. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.Kearney stated that he felt a small bit of pressure from his outer. B.M. Coen stated that as they quickened up at the two pole he got tight for room on the outside. O. Murphy stated that his horse shied from the horse inside him and leaned towards the rail. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

240B Irish EBF Median Sires Series M'dn

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Cromane (GB), trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped awkwardly from the stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Coincidenza, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

240C Melbourne Cup Carnival H'cap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Neo Smart, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run.

Reese Holohan, rider of Alto Sax, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no luck in-running.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one furlong from the finish involving Bundle Of Interest, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, Neo Smart, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Tofino, ridden by G.F. Carroll, and Alto Sax, ridden by Reese Holohan where it appeared Alto Sax ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. Browne McMonagle stated that he came off the rail but wasn't aware of the incident. D.P. McDonogh stated that the gap closed in front of him and he had to stop riding as it got very congested. G.F. Carroll stated that it was a messy race, he followed Neo Smart and committed for a gap and it got tight. Reese Holohan stated that there was a small gap in front of him, it got tight when he got pressure from his left and he sat up. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

240D Velo 'Official Coffee' Irish EBF M'dn

C.D. Hayes, rider of Tommy Quick (USA), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran very green and he had to sit up close to the line. Having reviewed the recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

240E Tote Guarantee, Never Beaten By SP H'cap

J. Kearney, rider of Mighty Danu, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left throughout.

240G William Hill Irish EBF Juvenile Stakes

D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Star Prospect, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left off the bridle.

O. Murphy, rider of New Bond Street (GB), trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

240H Bet With Tote On Racing & Sports H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Happy Henry, trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
